Step-By-Step Guide To Downloading Your Digital Gallery From Pixieset
Pixieset is perfectly formatted to view on a mobile device, BUT when it comes to downloading your images, please do so from a desktop computer.

When your final images are ready you will be notified by email.
Once you open it, it will look similar to the image displayed above.

If you scroll down a little bit on the main email, you will see a button that says "View Photos" and below that will be your 4-digit download PIN.

If you click "View Photos" your gallery will open, as displayed above.

At the very top of this gallery, you will see a tiny little arrow pointing down at a rectangle in the top right corner. That is your download button.

Pressing the download button will bring up this screen where you enter your email and 4-digit PIN.

Entering your email and PIN will bring up a screen where you will select which photos you would like to download. Please select the "High Resolution" download size, as indicated by the arrow above.

After you have finished selecting the photos, it's time to click the link(s) below to start downloading. Your link to the zip file will then start downloading.

The zip file should show up in your downloads folder on your computer. My computer automatically will unzip files, so the folder is already open. If your computer is not set up that way, you just need to un-zip your folder. It is slightly different between Mac and PC. Below are some helpful links if you don't know how to un-zip a zip file:

Here are the photos! I prefer to open this folder and create a new folder on my desktop and external hard-drive (or whatever safe place you like to store your photos). You can then copy and paste the photos to those locations. This way you will have them backed up. Now you are ready to share your photos on social media and send them off to print.
